To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the App
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Barbell Brains and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without prior written permission.

The AI models, algorithms, and machine learning systems powering Barbell Brains are proprietary and strictly protected. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Accessing, copying, or reverse engineering our AI models or training data
• Using our models to train, fine-tune, or improve any external AI system
• Scraping or extracting model outputs for commercial or competitive purposes
• Redistributing or sublicensing access to our AI capabilities

Any violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barbell Brains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Interruption of service or system failure
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.
