By accessing or using the BarbellBrains application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

The App provides fitness information and tracking tools for general informational purposes only. This content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the App
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BarbellBrains and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarbellBrains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Interruption of service or system failure
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.
