To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your email address and a password. Before you can sign in for the first time, you must verify your email address by clicking the link we send to that address. You are responsible for:

• Completing email verification before accessing the App
• Choosing a strong password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the App
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed

The App, our website, our blog, and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Barbell Brains and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Blog articles published at barbellbrains.com/blog are provided for general informational and educational purposes. You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App or blog without prior written permission.

Blog content is not personalized advice. The health and fitness disclaimer in Section 04 applies equally to all information published on the blog.

The software, algorithms, and systems powering Barbell Brains are proprietary and strictly protected. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Accessing, copying, or reverse engineering our software, algorithms, or data
• Using our systems or data to build or improve any competing product
• Scraping or extracting our data or outputs for commercial or competitive purposes
• Redistributing or sublicensing access to our software or features

Any violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barbell Brains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Interruption of service or system failure
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.
